The Workplace Training Program hosts a Community Partner Appreciation Breakfast

The Workplace Training Program (WTP) hosted a Community Partner Appreciation Breakfast on June 5th at Freehold Township High School. The breakfast celebrates the culmination of a successful year of growth in the areas of prevocational skills and job readiness development which enhance post-secondary opportunities and gainful employment for students within the FRHSD. Representatives from community businesses who partner with the program were invited to celebrate the success of this year's students. The event also served as an orientation for prospective WTP students.

The WTP offers eligible students transitional services that focus on functional academics, career exploration, and life skills development. This program closely links school-based classroom instruction with community-based workplace training to help prepare students for life beyond high school.
