Adam Brusotti, SECA at FTHS, honored at the Freehold Township Committee Meeting

Adam BrusottiAdam Brusotti, the Supervisor of Extracurricular Activities (SECA) at Freehold Township High School (FTHS), was recently honored by the Freehold Township Committee for his dedication and commitment to the FTHS community. Mr. Brusotti is a 2003 graduate of FTHS and came back to his alma mater as a Social Studies teacher in 2007 before taking on the role of SECA in 2016.

Since becoming the SECA, Mr. Brusotti has overseen the athletics programs at FTHS as they’ve reached heights never seen before. Under his leadership, the athletic programs have earned too many division championships to count, seven team Shore Conference Championships, 16 team Sectional Championships, and nine Group or Overall State Championships, as well as countless individual championships while still maintaining the highest levels of integrity and sportsmanship that has always made FTHS a special place. 

Mr. Brusotti has always dedicated himself to ensuring that each program has what it needs and is always willing to go the extra mile to do what it takes to give the programs the best chance to be successful. In addition to leading the athletics program, Mr. Brusotti oversees all extracurricular activities at FTHS, many of which have also had incredible accomplishments during his tenure. Mr. Brusotti acknowledges extracurricular students of the month as well as athletes of the month. He is also the chairperson for the Athletic Hall of Fame, Distinguished Alumni, Patriot Pride, and Teacher of the Year committees. Mr. Brusotti does all this while being a loving husband and father to three wonderful children, and he even finds time to coach his son’s baseball team. 

Mr. Brusotti believes in the Patriot Family and ensures that everyone involved, students, parents, families, staff, and administrators, have the best possible experience at FTHS. Without a doubt, the FTHS community is stronger, more successful, and significantly better for having Mr. Brusotti as part of the administrative staff.
