MARLBORO HS SENIOR PART OF TEAM PRESENTATION AT MIT’S UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE
A paper written by a team of six NJ high school students that included Marlboro High School senior Sandeep Alankar was selected for presentation at the 2017 IEEE Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Undergraduate Research Technology Conference in early November. The paper is entitled Analysis and Construction of a Bipedal Walking Robot - Technical Track: Robotics and Automation Technology. This past summer, Sandeep attended a residential summer program, the Governor’s School of Engineering & Technology at Rutgers University. The research was conducted and the paper written during that time; the team then elected to submit it for consideration by MIT. Of the 457 papers submitted worldwide, the paper is one of only 30 that was selected for the conference.
