MNHS Law Enforcement Students Meet with Air Force Representatives Through “Buddy Program”

Students in the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Magnet Program were able to see first-hand some of the work performed by members of the United States Air Force through the group’s “Buddy Program.”

Representatives from the Air Force visited Manalapan High School students on May 31st.  They discussed different career options within the Air Force, showed some technology they utilize, and provided demonstrations in subduing subjects and working with a military dog. Students were even offered a chance to defend themselves during training exercises.

The “Buddy Program” aims to enhance the Law Enforcement program’s curriculum in various areas, while demonstrating who the Air Force is as a culture within the Department of Defense.
