District administrators recently received word that two Freehold Regional High School District school coaches have been named the National Federation of High School Coaches Association’s 2021-2022 New Jersey Coach of the Year. Both were selected from nominees across the state.

Howell High School’s Eric Johnson was named the New Jersey Coach of the Year for Baseball. 

Manalapan High School’s Scott Pressman was named the Coach of the Year for Boys' Wrestling.

In January, Mr. Johnson and Mr. Pressman will be recognized at the New Jersey State Coaches Association Hall of Fame dinner.
