Howell High School’s Fran Stevenson was recently recognized as the 2021-2022 Monmouth County Counselor of the Year by the Monmouth County School Counselor Association. Ms. Stevenson was honored at the 36th Annual New Jersey School Counselor “Counselor of the County” Awards Program held at The College of New Jersey.

“Fran is our students’ biggest advocate and is always volunteering to support various charitable operations that work directly to support students in our community. The Howell Guidance Department could not be more proud of Fran for earning this distinction,” Robert Galatola, Guidance Supervisor, said.
