Staff Evaluation

The New Jersey Office of Professional Learning provides the regulations and resources to implement certificated staff evaluation according to New Jersey law. The purpose of certificated staff evaluation is to determine the effectiveness of educators in our schools. AchieveNJ provides schools with the tools and resources to support evaluation of certificated staff. FRHSD utilizes the state-approved evaluation product of Learning Sciences International, the Focused Model of Evaluation, and the online system that houses all certificated staff observations of practice and summative evaluations.
