Safety and Security
- Security Vestibule - Security Vestibule was installed in the lobby of Freehold High School.
- Security Camera System Upgrade - Security Camera Systems were upgraded at Freehold High School, Freehold Township High School, Howell High School, Manalapan High School, and Marlboro High School.
- Security Panic Button Upgrade - Security Panic Buttons were upgraded in all high schools.
- Exterior Signage - Exterior Signage was added to Freehold High School.
Roofing
- Main Gym Roof - Main Gym Roof was replaced at Marlboro High School.
Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
- Boiler Replacement - Boilers were replaced at Colts Neck High School, Freehold Township High School, Howell High School, Manalapan High School and Marlboro High School.
- Air Conditioning Installation - Window Unit Air Conditioning were installed in second story classrooms at Freehold High School, Freehold Township High School, Howell High School, Manalapan High School, and Marlboro High School.
- Roof Top Unit (RTU) Replacement - Roof Top Air Conditioning Units have been replaced at Freehold High School, Freehold Township High School, Howell High School, Manalapan High School, and Marlboro High School.
Paving and Concrete Walkways
- Paving and Concrete Walkways - Concrete walkways were replaced at Colts Neck High School and Freehold Township High School.
- Student Parking Lot Paving - Athletic and Student Parking lot was repaved at Manalapan High School.
- Paving - The front driveway has been repaved and sections of sidewalk have been replaced at Freehold Township High School.
- Paving - The front parking lots have been repaved at Marlboro High School.
Instructional Spaces
- Technology Education Lab - State of the Art Technology Education Lab was built at Manalapan High School.

- Auditorium Refurbishment - Auditorium was refurbished at Freehold High School.
- Auditorium Sound System Upgrade - Sound System was upgraded at Freehold High School.
- Auditorium Stage Refurbishment - Stage Floor was replaced at Freehold Township High School and Marlboro High School.
- Courtyard Refurbishment - Student Courtyard was revitalized with fresh hardscaping and landscaping at Freehold High School.
- Auditorium Stage Floor Replacement - Auditorium Stage Floor was replaced at Manalapan High School.
- Auditorium Carpet Replacement - Auditorium Carpet was replaced at Manalapan High School.
Athletics and Physical Education
- Main Gym Floor Replacement - Main Gym Floor was replaced at Freehold Township High School.
- Main Gym Floor Graphics - Main Gym Floor Graphics were upgraded at Colts Neck High School.
- Main Gym Wall and Ceiling Painting - Main Gym Walls and Ceiling were painted at Manalapan High School and Marlboro High School.
- Turf Athletic Field - Turf Field was installed at Marlboro High School courtesy of Marlboro Township.
- Main Gym Video Score Board - Scoreboard was replaced with a Video Scoreboard in the Gym at Colts Neck High School.
- Main Gym Bleacher Replacement - Bleachers in the Main Gym have been replaced at Freehold Township High School and Manalapan High School.
- Auxiliary Gym Floor - Auxiliary Gym Floor has been refinished at Freehold Township High School.
- Tennis Court Replacement - New Tennis Courts have been installed at Colts Neck High School and Marlboro High School.
- Gym Wall Pad Replacement - Wall Pads were replaced in the Gray Gym at Manalapan High School.

- Outdoor Marquee - Outdoor Marquees were replaced at Colts Neck High School, Freehold High School, and Marlboro High School.
- Water Treatment Plant Refurbishment - The Water Treatment Plant was refurbished at Colts Neck High School.
