Compass 3.0 - Strategic Plan

The Freehold Regional High School District’s 2023-2028 Strategic Plan, Compass 3.0, will guide our district for the next five school years, supporting priorities and projects in the four core areas:

• Whole Child
• Equity and Opportunity
• Student Growth and Learning
• Community Connections

Our new Plan will continue to build upon the work of the previous strategic plans, by focusing on the four core areas to enhance teaching, learning, and leading to service each of our students achieving the district’s mission.

The schools of the Freehold Regional High School District form a diverse and supportive community offering innovative and comprehensive programs that inspire students to maximize their potential, preparing them to navigate an evolving global society.

The Freehold Regional High School District held a Strategic Planning Community Meeting on October 6, 2022, where more than 125 participants from the community came together to discuss the core areas of the plan. An additional meeting was held on February 23, 2023, to unveil the plan and finalize the verbiage.
