  • Dear Students and Parents/Guardians of the Class of 2020,

Our initial plan for in-person graduation reflected the input we received from members of the Class of 2020 who stated they wanted one last time to be together with their classmates. After listening to the feedback of parents and students regarding the student only ceremony, we have decided to amend our in-person graduation plans. We will now divide the Class of 2020 into separate groups to allow parents/guardians to attend.

The ceremonies will be held starting Tuesday, July 28 (rain date, July 30) and Wednesday, July 29 (rain date, July 31). Details regarding your assigned ceremony date and time will be provided soon.

In accordance with the Governor's Executive Orders including the per-person limit for an outdoor gathering, only the graduate and 2 parents/guardians/guests may attend the ceremony.  All graduates and parents/guardians/guests are required to wear face coverings.  Please confirm the attendance of your graduate and parents/guardians/guests by completing the attendance confirmation form by Tuesday, July 14.

  • Please visit the Advocating for our Students website to learn more about the state aid reductions the FRHSD faces in light of the S2 legislation. We ask you to consider signing our online petition to encourage Governor Murphy and New Jersey Legislators to re-examine this flawed funding formula and delay the phase-in until the full scope of its impact is understood.
