Math Tutoring: Starting 9/26: Assistance from Math teachers is available after school on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3:15 - 4:15 in the Media Center.
English Tutoring: Assistance from English teachers is available after school on select dates from 3:15 - 4:15 in the Media Center. 10/5, 10/19, 11/2, 11/16, 11/30, 12/7, 12/14
*Students must have their own transportation as a bus is not provided. Tutoring is not provided on early dismissal days or before holidays.

SPORTS PHYSICAL REFERENCE SHEET:
Your child will not be marked as eligible in the Parent Portal until the school doctor has signed off with final approval. Also, we cannot accept faxed/e-mailed/copies of physicals. All signature lines must be filled in on the Sports Physical, including Page 2, even if N/A. (see link for additional information)
