Parents should use this form to report a Manalapan HS student who:
-TESTED POSITIVE for COVID-19
-Is SYMPTOMATIC for COVID-19
-Is a CLOSE CONTACT to someone with COVID-19.After submitting this form, a Manalapan High School staff member will contact you with specific directions.

TUTORING:
After school tutoring is available in the Media Center from 2:15pm - 3:15pm according to the schedule below.
Tuesdays: Math Tutoring
Wednesdays: English Tutoring
Students should arrive to the media center no later than 2:15pm. Students who attend tutoring must be picked up at 3:15pm as there is no late bus. Tutoring is not available on partial days or before holidays.

Chromebook Loaner Request:
Students who need their school-issued Chromebook repaired should complete this form first. After, bring the Chromebook to the Main Office.

Senior Parking Application 2021-2022
Seniors who wish to be eligible to park on campus should complete the online parking application linked above. The Agreement and Permission section must be signed by both the student and the parent/guardian. This is an acknowledgment that the information on the application is accurate and that all FRHSD policies have been reviewed, including on the the Senior Driving Website, which is located at the link here: https://sites.google.com/frhsd.com/driversafetyawarenessprogram-s/.
The parking application process is NOT complete until this form is submitted and copies of your vehicle insurance, registration and your license have been uploaded to the Senior Parking Google Classroom. Students will receive an invitation to the Senior Parking Google Classroom in their school email.

The Freehold Regional High School District did not utilize all of the allotted inclement weather days in this year’s school calendar. As a result, schools will now be closed on Friday, May 27th. We hope you enjoy the extended Memorial Day Weekend!

The Freehold Regional High School District is proud to offer summer learning through the Summer Academy: Credit Recovery, Original Credit, AP Bridge Program, and Algebra 1 Bridge Program.
Each program targets different student needs:
Original Credit (informacion en espanol) courses are for students looking to advance in mathematics or to complete Financial Literacy
Credit Recovery (informacion en espanol) is for students who have failed a course and need to regain credit
AP Bridge (informacion en espanol) is for students taking an AP class for the first time in the upcoming school year
Algebra 1 Bridge (informacion en espanol) is for students taking Algebra 1 in the upcoming school year
An application is necessary for each program. FRHSD parents and students: log in to the Genesis Portal, select the Forms tab, and fill out the appropriate application.

The application for Option II will be open from February 1, 2022, to August 3, 2022.
