FRHSD will be participating in the Seal of Biliteracy Program offered through the New Jersey Department of Education. The program was established to recognize graduating seniors who have attained a high level of proficiency in one or more world languages, in addition to English. Students who demonstrate proficiency and meet the requirements will receive a certificate from the New Jersey Department of Education and recognition on their official high school transcript. In order to participate, interested students must complete the interest form by November 9, 2019. Students who complete the interest form will receive information about the assessment, cost and payment methods.
