Dear Parents or Guardians of Freehold Township's Class of 2025,
The faculty and administration of Freehold Township High School cordially invites you and your eighth grade student(s) to attend our Virtual High School Orientation Program on Monday, January 11, 2021 via Zoom: 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Each session will be approximately one hour long. In addition to the live sessions, we have created a Google Site specifically for this night which houses important information about our high school and its various programs and activities. Normandy Studios has provided us with two make-up dates for underclassmen in need or desiring to take a make-up school picture. The dates are December 1st (A-L Cohort during school hours) and December 2nd (M-Z cohort during school hours). On both days, students in our virtual cohort will have to make an appointment for after school hours using this link...http://booknow.appointment-plus.com/9z1sng0m/?&e_id=30083. This information, with additional details, was emailed home on Wednesday, November 25th. Please note that this will be the FINAL opportunity to have your picture taken this year; if no picture is taken, you will not have a picture in the yearbook.

The application for participation in Option II for 2021-2022 will be available from March 1, 2021-August 2, 2021.

The Freehold Regional High School District is proud to offer summer learning through the Summer Academy: Credit Recovery, Original Credit, AP Bridge Program, and Algebra 1 Bridge Program.
Each program targets different student needs:
Original Credit is for students looking to advance in mathematics or to complete Financial Literacy (virtual for 2021)
Credit Recovery is for students who have failed a course and need to regain credit (in-person for 2021)
AP Bridge is for students taking an AP class for the first time in the upcoming school year (virtual for 2021)
Algebra 1 Bridge is for students taking Algebra 1 in the upcoming school year (in-person for 2021)
An application is necessary for each program.
FRHSD parents and students: log in to the Genesis Portal, select the Forms tab, and fill out the appropriate application.

Being a parent of a teenager during the COVID-19 pandemic has many challenges. The Howell Alliance, with the support of the NJEA FAST grant and Howell High School P.A.T, is proud to present a 6-part virtual workshop series for Freehold Regional parents/guardians on "Mental Health Supports for Teens During COVID-19."The 30-45 minute virtual workshops include:• Acknowledging the Loss of Milestones for Parents and Teens• Identifying Risks of Teen Substance Abuse• Raising Resilient Teens• Safe Teen Relationships• Trusted Adult• The Importance of Peer-to-Peer SupportFor more details and registration information, please view the attached flyer.
