  • FRHSD is conducting a community stakeholder needs assessment survey to provide input for its FY 2020 ESEA grant program activities and budget planning for the period (July 1, 2019-June 30, 2020). Your feedback as a community stakeholder is highly valued in assisting the district to identify priority areas of need. The district considers the survey findings along with various other data points of student achievement and staff professional development programming to develop an effective overall expenditure plan for the federal funding entitlement allocation. This short survey takes less than 10 minutes of your valuable time to complete. Thank you for your participation.
