The Freehold Regional High School District's 2007-2010 Technology Plan is now available.

The Freehold Regional High School District will empower teachers and students to achieve NJCCCS-aligned curriculum outcomes and to participate in the development of lifelong learning habits anytime, anywhere.

The district's objectives lay the foundation for truly mobile teaching and learning. Further propagation of wireless signals, introduction of new learning and content management systems, and increased deployment of assistive technology are all key components of this effort. The district must also enhance its ability to procure and maintain these assets.

In addition, the district will work to ensure that teachers, students, parents and other stakeholders bring technology to bear on student achievement in structured, measureable ways. The district will therefore implement tools to measure student achievement of information literacy outcomes, as well as develop best practices for technology integration in curriculum and with regard to electronic communication with parents. Training and professional development will align with school and district goals to ensure that technology integration does not lose focus.
