The Veterans Memorial Garden was designed by senior Daniel Elice as his Eagle Scout project.
The award is presented to a female varsity soccer player from Monmouth County whose varsity soccer coach has recommended her as their team's best example of a scholar athlete.
$2,650 is being donated to the American Cancer Society in memory of social studies teacher Nancy Draper.
As a team the girls raised over $1,700.
