This online application collects the applicant's home address and contact information, as well as personal statements authored by the applicant. These data will be used for no other purpose than to evaluate the applicant's credentials as a candidate for acceptance into a Freehold Regional High School District Learning Center and/or Academy. We will not share these data with any other individual or organization, except as required by the sending school to a) verify that the applicant is an eighth grade student at that school who is eligible for the program(s) of his/her choice, and to b) facilitate the transmission of online teacher recommendations.
