FRHSD & New Taipei City Government's Education Department Sign MOU
The Freehold Regional High School District (FRHSD) and the Education Department of the New Taipei City Government, Republic of China (Taiwan) are now educational partners as the result of both entities entering a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Educational Cooperation. Both entities have agreed to promote educational, academic and cultural exchanges in an effort to share various educational experiences and concepts. The collaboration may include sharing educational and training information, publications and other materials. As a part of the partnership, the FRHSD and New Taipei City Government’s Education Department openly support the exchange and visitation of students and any additional cooperative activities that both entities approve upon. The current MOU is effective until the year 2020.
Superintendent Charles Sampson and Board Member Maryanne Tomazic celebrated the new partnership by signing the MOU in the presence of students who are currently studying Mandarin at Marlboro High School. Participating students include:
