A Holiday Wish
I know that this year has been challenging for so many on so many different levels. However, my wish for all is that the feeling that follows a tragedy, where people are just a little more appreciative, a little more flexible, and a little more understanding permeates throughout the New Year and beyond. Far too often these feelings dissipate with time. I am as guilty as anyone of allowing that to occur. Still, I challenge myself and each and every one of our exceptional faculty and staff members to hang onto the sense of community that has been so palpable this past week. We have much to be appreciative for, and to celebrate, even in the face of trying times. We have the chance to come to work each and every day and make a difference in the lives of our students. What an honor.
Please take advantage of the break to spend some time relaxing and recharging the batteries amongst family and friends.
I wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season and a peaceful New Year.
Warmest regards,
Chuck Sampson
