Teen Driver Safety Program - Freehold Township

In order to apply for a high school parking permit for the senior year, 11th grade students and their parents must attend the FRHSD Driver Safety Program. The student program will take place during the school day. The parent program will take place at the school at 7:00 PM. Parents should arrive by 6:45 PM in order to secure a parking spot for the evening's program. Students are not required to attend the parent program.

Applications for a parking permit will be considered incomplete without the attachment of a Certificate of Driver Safety Awareness Completion, which parents will sign at the evening program. Parents must bring a photo ID.

Parents who are unable attend the Parent Awareness Program scheduled at their child’s school may attend a parent training session at a different FRHSD high school. All parents attending a Parent Awareness Program will receive a Driver Safety Awareness Certificate of Completion.

PARCC Tutorial Sessions and Scavenger Hunt

In preparation for the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC), Manalapan High School is strongly encouraging students and parents to familiarize themselves with PARCC features and sample problems using the attached tutorial/scavenger hunt. This tutorial is designed to expose each student to the questions, tools, and features that they will encounter this March so that your child can familiarize him/herself with the PARCC assessments.
